In April 2023, my wife purchased a vehicle from the dealership. The dealer failed to properly title the vehicle we traded in in a timely fashion, so she has received three total toll tickets now in ******** We live in **. All toll violations occurred after we transferred the vehicle to the dealership. They initially stated they would pay the violations they created by skipping this titling step. Supposedly, the vehicle was transferred out of my wifes name on 6/6/23, yet the most recent bills are dated 6/19 & 6/24. The dealership was supposed to pay the bill, but they failed to, resulting in an additional bill with late fees as a result. In addition to this matter, they ducked every question about the tires - found out they were never sealed properly and had to be corrected weeks after the purchase. This is an unsafe practice that would have not passed their 100+ point inspection they pride themselves on. Next, they added a remote start to the contract that we deliberately told them not to and that we would pay cash. We ultimately signed the contract as the fight was no longer worth it.

****** apologizes for the customer having a less than satisfactory experience with us.  The general manager of ****** Nissan Wayzata spoke with the customer today, explained that the title was in fact transferred on 6/6, and offered to reimburse the customer for any toll charges that were erroneously assessed against him.
