I have had an issue with my shaker that they keep insisting to change parts on. I am not capable of changing parts because I have seen videos where theres almost a fire starting. I cant do this I contacted them 03/26 and got no response when I sent a video of proof not working. The techs stated motor broke but no one told me anything else. They just ask me questions about whats not working they know they sent me a defective machine I have proof of them stating the machine only cost $500 but its not I paid $6,000.00 I have emails. First they say not to pay for shipping I told them I need the full refund I got the machine and everything in March it was 30 days. The person didnt want to help keeps pushing the dates and dates. I need my full refund back I dont even have the printer because this machine didnt work! I lost so much money.. 03/13/2026 when I bought the machine .

To Who it may ******************** complaint was sent to the wrong business. I recently received a letter about a complaint about my business about something that was purchased that needed repairs.

I have no idea who whis is or what they are complaining about. I have never talked to this person or sold them anything. I am a small print shop, so I sell nothing that would be needing "parts repaired". I do not have any "repair videos" or any clue for that matter as to what is being talked about.

I am not located in ******** either. So I am assuming this was just sent to my business by mistake.
