Asked me to connect my credit debit card so I could pay for any auctions won but did not say it was charging me any money. I would have declined payment if given the information and asked to approve the charge had it given me the option. There was nothing on the page about buying anything. Also a company not trying to scam you would have actually showed you what you were purchasing and explaining the amount of purchase, there was nothing that came up and no explanation, as soon as you create an account, your automatically changed without explanation.

      Hi ********,

Thanks for getting in touch with us.

We're really sorry for any confusion that may have come up when you registered with us. We want you to know that your satisfaction means the world to us. To make this right, we have processed a reversal for this transaction, so the charge has been voided and cancelled on our end. Rest assured, there are no recurring payments or subscriptions on DealDash.

      Here are your reversal details:
      Reversal Transaction ID: **********************
Reversal Date: 2025-03-30 15:44:38 Pacific Time
      Reversal Amount: ***** USD

Because it was a reversal, there is no deposit into your account - rather, the original pending charge should disappear. From here it depends on the processing speed of your bank. As soon as they update their records, the pending transaction you see now will clear off. Normally, they do this multiple times a day but can vary from bank to bank and may take up to 3-5 business days.

We sincerely apologize as it seems that there may have been a misunderstanding about the pay-to-participate system that DealDash operates with. When you entered your payment details, it appears that you may not have been aware that you were also purchasing bids for your account balance (purchased bids are used in our auctions on DealDash).

We encourage you to check out our "How It Works" section for a better understanding of DealDash auctions.

If you have any further questions, our dedicated support team is available 24/7 and they're always happy to help!

Thanks a million for choosing DealDash! We really appreciate your support, and we're excited to serve you again in the future.

I signed up for DealDash and they asked for credit card information in which I submitted to them. My card was charged $30.80 for something that I did not buy. I submitted a couple of bids, but didnt win anything. Therefore, I would like my money refunded.

Thank you for reaching out and letting us know about this refund request.

A customer's first bidpack purchase is covered per our refund guarantee, and is fully refundable.

We have located this customer's $30.80 purchase and issued a full refund back to the same card used for purchase.

The normal processing time for banks to complete the refund is around 3 business days, if not sooner.

      Hi,

Thank you for contacting us about this - sorry for any confusions here!

The $39.00 charge was for 300 bids purchased in advance to use in the DealDash auctions. These bids have been credited to your account balance and when you place a bid, these are the ones used in the auctions.

I see that you havent yet used all of the bids in your account. Did you know that we hold one of the highest winning percentages in the industry and we have a Second Chance Guarantee? If you decide to give DealDash a try and dont win an auction with your first bid pack, well return the bids back to your account free for a second chance!

We also have a 100% Money-Back Guarantee on your first Bid Pack purchase. If youre not satisfied with your DealDash shopping experience, well be happy to refund your first Bid Pack purchase (within 90 days of purchase), no questions asked! You can even keep the bids in your account and items you may have won. However, in accordance with this guarantee, I just tried to issue a refund for this transaction but ****** was unable to complete it. Could it be your ****** account has been closed since making the transaction?  If that is the case, could you please reopen you ****** account and reach out to our support team so we can get you refunded?

We're here 24/7 and we're always more than happy to help out wherever we can!

I signed up with deal dash and was immediately charged $33 on my credit card for a fee I was unaware of . The company proclaims that the charge can be reimbursed. When I called the customer service, they claimed there was no record of the charge..obviously FALSE. Im seeking remuneration and an investigation into this scam company

      Hi ********,

      Thanks for getting in touch!

Our 90-day refund policy provides new customers with a 100% money-back guarantee on their first Bid Pack purchase.

I've gone ahead and issued a refund for this transaction:

      Credit card purchase refunded:
      Refund Transaction ID: **********************
Refund Date: 2025-02-03 06:08:14 Pacific Time
      Refund Amount: ***** USD

You should see the refund in your account statement within 3-5 business days. From here it depends on the processing speed of your bank. As soon as they update their records, the pending transaction you see now will clear off. Normally, they do this multiple times a day but can vary from bank to bank and may take up to 3-5 business days.

I'll leave the bids you purchased in your account. You can use these to try out our auctions, and you can even win these auctions without having it interfere with your refund.

Also- DealDash has a Second Chance Guarantee!

If you try us out and don't win an auction with your first Bid Pack, we'll return the bids back to your account free for a second chance at winning a great deal. For new users, I normally recommend watching our How it Works video for a brief overview of what to expect from the auctions, as well as reviewing the Help section to learn about everything DealDash.

If you need anything else, please don't hesitate to contact me, and I hope you give yourself another chance to take advantage of our bargains!

Like EVERYONE else here I simply input my card information I thought as part of the sign up process, you're never warned in advance that you're purchasing bids when you enter that card info. Dealdash has been aware of this for quite some time now as you can see by the lengthy list of people with the EXACT SAME PROBLEM, but have they done anything to fix the issue? Nope, because they make MONEY off of people who don't realize, or when they do realize they don't care and they just use the bids. This is passive aggressive predatory behaviour and it's super uncool. Also, the **** they quote on most of this stuff is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. $800 for a stainless stock pot? GTFO. $1500 for a FAKE DIAMOND NECKLACE (moissanite) that mentions "sterling silver" as the metal, not gold, sterling silver. How much you wanna bet, as a nickel sensitive persons, if I put one of these on, by the end of the day I've got a huge rash on my neck, and by the end of the week if I've ignored the discomfort from the rash, it would also be turning my neck black, as this is a dead give-away of either cheap silver ("watered down" substantially with nickel) or even worse, a dead give-away of silver PLATING!!

As you know, we are not a normal retail store, and our customers are able to win great items at outstanding prices in the many auctions we have every day. DealDash wants to bring a wide range of exciting and new items to auction, and to do so we work with major retailers like ******* and ******, as well as multiple brands and distributors from **** to ****** & ******. It is the Manufacturers Standard Retail Price (MSRP) that is the base for our Buy It Now price. Of course, we are hoping you can take part in the auctions and win many of these items at a great discount.

Hope you have a great day! Please get in touch if you need assistance with anything. Our Customer Support team is always here to help.

Went on the DealDash website on 01/23/2025 just to look around. Agreed to and set up an account and provided credit card information both of which appear front and center at the start. Then clicked on what was supposed to be a tutorial on how the site works. I "bid on bids" as I understood it and again, on what was called a tutorial. About a minute and half later DealDash had collected $30.00 from my CC which seems to be about the going rate for naive newbies. Needless to say the process is not explained very well up front. I've never spent that much money that quickly and unknowingly after visiting a website the first time.

      Thank you for reaching out.

We have looked into this and we can see that our Customer Support Team has taken care of this for you on 1-27 when you contacted them.  The payment was reversed and you bank will have completed this within 3 business days of the reversal date, if not sooner.

We apologize if this charge came as a surprise -  it is free to sign up to DealDash but in order to bid in the auctions one must buy bids first, which is what happened here.

If we can assist with anything else, just contact our Support Team and we will  be happy to assist further.
