      I ordered x2 light bulbs online for my business. They were shipped to me well but the bulb came broken. I reached out via email on 10/31/2024 and later on 11/7/2024 and no response for resolution. I am trying to get a new working lights or a refund.

      i ordered several light bulbs for a total of $143.00 in October of 2023. received order number and shipping date. 3 weeks later no response to 3 different emails and a phone call which I spoke to someone there in person and who promised to look into shipping delay and call me back. still waiting for call back. ***"t waste your time and money dealing with this scam company.

      9/25/23 - I originally called to make sure they had the part in Stock. I was told they did, so I placed the order.10/2/23 - I received a Order #***** - Shipped email with no tracking.I0/9/23 - I called both phone numbers went to voicemail. So I emailed for tracking. No reply to either.......10/12/23- I actually got a hold of someone over the phone. He said he would call me back in a few minutes with the tracking. No return call.......10/16/23 - I emailed againand they finally replied "IT'S SHIPPED I WILL GET A TRACKING NUMBER FOR YOU" and " I have one of our people looking into this." No reply......10/19/23 - I emailed again. They replied "I have requested this information a few times. I will make one last shot at this. It was coming from the manufacturer" and "I've got somebody on this...be back to you this afternoon."It is 10/20/23 - Have not got a reply. Looking into them I was thinking they were a scam website, since it started 2023 + the address does not belong to them. But then I found these other reviews on the BBB website.

      Would not shop with them again. I ordered 1 fluorescent light bulb -cool white on line on 7/09/2023 did not receive it, reordered through 2nd day shipping, still did not receive. Reordered again on 7/18 sent email to **********, customer service did receive 1 FB with bent bi-pin prongs and was unable to use. I reached out to customer service, (****) and he stated they "no longer have these bulbs and the best they could do it credit my account. To this day have not done so.
