    I bought a used car from this dealership. They were very pushy and rushed. It turned out it needed a lot of repairs for safety reasons. I had it inspected again and it failed for brakes, bubble in tire and rim was bent. I have been trying to negotiate with him even though MO is an as is state. He did not reply to my letter so then I contacted the Attorney General's office and they sent the letter to the company. They have replied and I sent back to them that I would accept their offer. They have 90 days. I feel like I was misled and didn't get all the information I needed from them. The title he gave me didn't have that the car was a total loss or salvage car. I found out later about this. I was anxious to get a car and had someone look at it and it seemed ok. He said he had an inspection and the title was clean. He did not disclose the information that I needed. I had 2 additional inspections done on the car and the brakes, wheels, bushings didn't pass inspection from the Mo State Highway Patrol. I would like for them to buy back the car and pay for all the repairs that I made to it.

    I am rejecting this response because: The response is not true.  I bought the car the day I test drove it.  I was not given necessary information.  The inital posting on facebook marketplace seemed to be a listing from an individual, instead it was a business.  I had the car repaired two days after the purchase, since the prior day was a holiday.  I eventually got an ispection on my own and it failed.  I also found out the car was declaired a TOTAL LOSS by the insurance company.  They have paid $400 to me for the brakes, bubble and bent rim.  I feel they should have bought back the car including all the repairs I have made.  This transaction has been an extreme headache.  I have missed important medical appointments in order to get this car fixed and tested.  I was taken advantage of completely.
