I have received multiple calls daily from this company, however i am on the *** list. i have answered a few times in the past and stated this has become harassment at this point. i had asked multiple times not to call again and that my number is on the *** LIST. Apparently this does not matter to the company only numbers dialed do. Well you have violated the *** registry big time as i have never done business with you or your people.Business Response

I do show that we have called, but although we keep records and recordings of the conversations that happen between our agent and donors, I do not show the phone was answered and that we talked to anyone in the recent past.
That being said, I have placed both of these numbers on our internal DNC list. Thank you.

Today: Sat, February 17, **** Received 1 call from this company already. Got 1 last night at almost 9 pm. Get calls every day, sometimes 2. One this morning said they were picking up for thrift stores or a charity, altho at 1st said calling for ********** I've asked for my telephone number to be removed. My phone did give a #, so I even called it and made the same request. Hopefully, it will be honored. Even if this is a legitimate charity, I haven't looked up the Tax ID or status info, there is something wrong going on. Neither person I spoke to today could tell me where there is a local drop off box and when I asked for a local address and telephone number, was told they didn't know. One person was in *****. I'm in mid eastern coast *******. I'd like the number proving their not for profit status as well as the above information. Thanks.Business Response

We have records of your address participating successfully in these drives, whether for the ********* or one of our other charity partners.

I have repeatedly received unsolicited phone calls at every time of the day from this telephone number *************. I am able to block them but when I review the daily blocked calls, there they are! I have been on the ******** Do Not Call list for years but apparently, they are ignoring this. The information or caller I.d. information appearing on my phone is Manufactures P however when I googled the number, Charity Clothing pickup, this company appears when googled. Charity Clothing has been calling our telephone number ************* as many as 3-4 times per day per Caller I.D for more than two years. The calls are never answered. It is time to put an end to these calls once and for all.Business Response

I receive at least weekly calls from this group. Their last agent was very rude. I have contacted them to be placed on their internal DNC list. I would just prefer to take donation items to ********* *************** etc. One too many calls and I want them stopped.Business Response

Numerous calls - harassing levels - for donation pick ups and then they did not pick up when promised. They don’t need to be advertising in areas where there is not local branch and to clarify if they are working with a local org to pick up the donations. I think they are targeting older people, not sure but, don’t appreciate the calls as we are in the block list Not sure how people are still getting calls when added to the do not call list but, nonprofit businesses shouldn’t be violating.Business Response
