    They did not give us what we asked for,two queens or a king when we got to the room it was dismal and had only one bed. We went down stairs and complained but the desk clerk said he could not do anything. He told us we needed to call and speak to the manager. The manager was out of the office the entire week. I phoned the following week and she refused to do anything! We did not stay there, but we did no get any money back. I read som reviews and was glad we left. Apparently we are not he only disappointed customers. This hotel is a JOKE! I think the health department needs to red flag it!

    I was harrassed this morning (6/25/2023 at 10 A.M. by a male employee, whom I at first thought was maybe someone that might be impersonating staff to get me to open my door. I say this because he beat on my door hard and yelled "front desk". I asked him what he wanted, he told me "you need to open the door." I told him that I would not do so, especially not knowing if this was a person coming to do harm. He then said, "you better be down here by 11 am." I called the front desk and the same man answered. He then asks if I'm staying or checking out. First of all I am a travel Nurse, and my bill was already paid for 3 days ago, and on time. This harrassment of Customers is not acceptable behavior. I can only assume that this is how he treats anyone who has not checked out or paid their hotel bill. I did file an official complaint with the Wood Spring corporate office. I work nights, and to have staff beating down my door after my night shift because of their oversight is not acceptable behavior. He needs to be fired, and find a job that is not in customer relations.

    The staff here didn't help me at all they said that quiet time was 10pm to 6am I complained about room 229 the whole week I was there and nothing was done about the noise that woke me up at 12 am from kids running around all night I called every night and they kept saying they would check on it and nothing was done staff was rude when I called I would not recommend taking there I had to give them a star rating just so the app would work but they don't even deserve 1star
