    If you are looking for a property and that they will provide quality service and accountable for being honest, then STAY AWAY FROM EXIT ELITE REALTY. I made the huge mistake of buying a property in which they were selling. They have been huge issues and all they is that they are just the agents and so if there is an issue, they don't care to make sure it's rectified, including not insuring that the property information is accurate. They are ALL about getting your money but not providing any service or projecting a good image. One star is too much for them!

    We certainly want all of our transactions to be smooth and customers to be happy with their purchase. Unfortunately, we did represent this buyer and only represented the seller. The buyer had their own Buyer's Agent and they did not do any inspections to uncover any potential issues. The property was purchased in "as is" condition. Seller filled out the disclosures and buyer signed off. We as agents do not inspect, repair or rehab properties. We only sell them. I believe it to be irresponsible by the buyer to be disparaging towards Exit Elite Realty as they were not our customer therefore we had no obligation to provide any services. i believe the Buyer's displeasure is misguided towards Exit Elite Realty.
