We contacted for 2 baths and a kitchen. Most is complete except the hall bathroom is making loud sounds that were not happening before they made modification to the bathroom, master bathroom is incomplete and has a strip added to the vanity and was not discussed with us and looks very bad. Master bathroom is missing the water heater and the toilet needs to be adjusted and shower is not working yet. In the kitchen, they finished the work but the back splash does not look appropriate like it was done by a professional as well as the crown molding and some of the wood around the refrigerator is cracking. I can add pictures if needed. The owner of the company came and saw the problems and said he would talk to his contractor but has not answered us about it. The last time the contractor was out was before Thanksgiving 2021 and the owner came out in March 2022 and has not responded to us since. He took pictures and will not respond to calls since he has been out to our home. But the company has sent a final bill to me like it was completed around mid March. I have called since and they say they will make a note but do not answer my questions or reply back to me. Please contact me for anything else you may need. We appreciate any help we can get to finish our project as we have paid for the work that has been done and it has been done sub par or incomplete and they will not respond to me to try to reach an agreement to move forward or schedule appointment to finish the work.

    Business response

    04/25/2022

We have been in contact with this customer.  Our Installer visited them Friday April 22,2022.  He showed them how to use their new shower faucet, replaced a shower arm, installed a mini-fridge door frame and crown moulding in the kitchen.  He also discussed the squeaking noises with the hall bath tub.  He is working to resolve that issue.  This project has taken longer than normal mainly because of the slow supply chain.
