AVOID USING THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST! 2x I have used American Cleaners in ************, ** and have had clothes DAMAGED upon there return. Upon receiving my 2 pair of pants that were recently shrunk I was advised by ******, at customer service, to dropped my pants off at the ************, ** location for review (which is what I did on 4/10/24 at 4:15pm).After not hearing back from ****** for 7days I called customer service to receive an update on my garments being reviewed. An EXTREMELY RUDE employee by the name of **** answered yelling into the phone HELLO followed by silence and no further communication on 4/17 8:08 am. ***** response was completely unprofessional, his yelling was obnoxious and once he finally did speak he notified me that he doesnt have an update for me regarding my garments that were under review and that Its not his job to provide me updates! When I proceeded to inquire on what time I could call back and whom would be able to assist me **** laughed and said call back later, then abruptly hung up the phone.I called again same day 4/17/24 at 9:45a and this time reached ****** whom informed me my pants must have shrunk because American Cleaners washed them instead of dry cleaning them as requested. ******* then stated, we washed your pants because thats what your tag on your pants shows.****** was advised my blue ticket (which indicates dry clean) was provided to me when dropping off my pants and also had dry clean wrote on the ticket. ****** again said, we are not at fault and that ****, the (RUDE) production mgr, had worked with the company for 30yrs and he possibly yelled into the phone earlier that morning not announcing the company name of asking how he could assist because thats not his role. Lastly, ****** stated my clothes have been available to pick up since 4/15/24 but she just hasnt had time to call and let me know.
