I want my $4700. back I have emails proving that both the owner and the saleperson knew about the time line - I even changed the fabric and the color so that we coulkd get it through them. Yet they took the deposit, no carpet nothing.

When area rug was delivered to our warehouse, we contaced the customer and asked for a call back to say when they were ready to have the 14' x 18' area rug delivered. We did not hear back until they disputed the purchase. Mr. ******* came into the store on Saturday, November 2nd and spoke to *****, our Sales Manager, asking how to make everything right. We were able to schedule the rug to be delivered and installed the next week and the rest of the work (on different orders) is also proceding.

I have reviewed the business' response and am rejecting it because:

All surface flooring  did not answer my question or attempt  to resolve this  issue. I only signed  for what you could deliver. Read the attached  email with *****, and throughout the entire conversation I stated November is not an optionwhich dates  back to August.

I emailled ***** on October 28 when I didn't hear from All surface flooring  wanting to know what was going on. My husband even went to the store to try to find a way that this could be resolved. I will pay for the work and material that is in my house. I put a down payment for those two rooms I signed only two invoices.  Its that simple.

    Sincerely,
