    I visited this location today w/ my ************************** children. I spoke to a manager about the lack of supervision today. There was only 1 staff member on the ********** was playing basketball & fratenizing/talking w/ a large group of kids. I was concerned because my children were surrounded by others who were playing roughly, kicking, punching, double bouncing others and engaging in very unsafe behavior. There was no one correcting them. I was told by the manager that kids are often dropped off by parents & that there was also an issue with hiring enough staff. I expressed my concerns & was told that the staff member playing basketball would be spoken to. This particular staff member left the basketball court, but still stood in the middle of the group of kids, laughing, engaging in horseplay & not performing his duties. At one point, the aforementioned staff member approached me & started accusing me of taking his picture. When I assured him that I was not taking his photo & that I was texting & taking my own children's pictures, he became very angry. He started cursing at me & threatening to call his mother to come up there. I tried to find the manager to speak to him about this latest event, but he was nowhere to be found. At this point, I decided that it was in our best interest to leave. As we were packing up, one child from the large group hanging out with the staff member, came over to me and accused me of pointing at him. I told him that I was not pointing at him & that I wanted him to leave me and my kids alone. He & several others then proceeded to jump right in front of us, yelling and chanting at us. As we tried to get away from this, the large group of kids followed us, yelling, screaming and harassing us as we walked down the sidewalk. This location has severe management issues and the staff has a general disregard for the rules that are posted. The young employee's threats and ridicule were unprofessional and reflect poorly on the business.

    This place is a trampoline place where kids can have fun so in the mid summer of 2022 we’ve decided to become a member for our kids to have unlimited access and fun whenever they want so after joining in 3 months we’ve decided to stop our membership because we didn’t have too much time so when i called that place to cancel my membership i was told by the customer service that my account is closed now!! So the other day i was checking my bank account and i saw a new charge from *** **** on my account so i called *** **** to see why am being charge and i was told that i have 2 accounts under my name and i go what??? 2 accounts under my name she goes yes there’s 2 accounts and i go who’s name on the other account she goes the name of the other person is ****** ********. I said I don’t even know that person so i asked for the corporate number to call and find out why there’s another person using my debt card so they said there’s no phone number for the corporate but we have the email address i said give it to me after giving it to me i found out the email address didn’t exist and said i need the corporate number so they gave it to me and when i tried calling i found out the number doesn’t work so my question is how come the day i closed my account ****** ******** opened up her account under my bame using my debt card information and got charged half for the membership so there’s a fraud going on from this company also they also have her first and last name in their system no phone number or address im 1000000% sure the company is behind the fraud fee
