Refund and Exchange Policy
All payments and purchases made via MIVA website are payment for services that have already been rendered or will be rendered immediately. As such all payments received are considered monies earned and are nonrefundable. If there is a quality of service issue, it is to be reported to your project manager, who at which time will work with you to rectify any situations. If credit is deemed it will be given in the form of service credit with the company. If the client/vendor relationship has been terminated due to MIVA failure to respond or meet deadlines the client will receive a 100% refund. If the work has been rendered, MIVA has worked with client to rectify the issues and the client is still not satisfied the client will receive a 50% refund.
