    ***** came out put above ground pool up left said he be back to fix pool motor that was leaking and put ladder together and finish pool. Gave him money to buy fencing to put up back in Dec to be put up, cost ******* never came back no fencing was put up.Just had to go and rebuy fencing to be put up plus had to hire a person to put it up. I am a 70 year old women and he took me for my money that I dont have. I feel he needs to stop and should have to pay me back for at least for the fencing he was paid to get and never got I am asking for help

    There is miscommunication on the amount of money and the job.  We put in pools throughout the year from Memorial Day to Labor Day we get slammed on putting in pools.  Everyone understands that we do not install anything else until after Labor Day.  It's a separate charge if they want a deck or fence.  I talked to my workers about what happened and she got flustered with the time we took to put in her fence.  My company started the layout for her fence and she hired someone else to finish the job.  The materials she had previously purchased for the fence was on the client's property.  I am going to contact her today because there is a lot of miscommunication.  The contractor that she hired used the material that was on the property already.  I will contact her about this.  We only install pools and do not handle the manufacturer warranty portion.  Our insurance does not allow us to put in any sort of ladders or child restraints, that is on the homeowner.

    On March 1, I hired Colby ********************** from Benson Master of Contracting in *********, **, to install an above-ground pool. By the end of March, the pool construction was completed, and I paid the full $10,300 as per the contract. However, once water was added, I encountered the following issues: A leak at the hose connecting the pool skimmer to the pump. A leak at the top of the sand filter. A leak at the hose returning the filtered water back to the pool. The bottom of the pool surface is very uneven and filled with holes, making it infeasible to clean the pool with a robot cleaner or vacuum via the skimmer.For over a month, I have been attempting to contact ***** ********************** via texts and calls (all communication records are available), but I have not received any response. Colby ********************** has exhibited very poor communication and the quality of the work is substandard.Today is June 3, 2024. Before submitting this complaint, I once again texted and called him, but received no response. Although my texts are marked as read, he has not replied at all.At this point, I am not interested in having Colby ********************** (Benson Master of Contracting) fix the pool, but I would like to get a replacement top cap for the sand filter and the correct clamps for the hoses.I hope this complaint can help other homeowners avoid contracting with Colby ********************** (Benson Master of Contracting) as they could end up with poor quality work and no communication.This is not the end of this. If I don't hear from Benson Master of Contracting, I will compile my evidence and take this to small claims court after my current pool contractor finishes fixing Benson Master of Contracting's poor job.
