    My husband and I went to get taxes done in February 2023. Taxes n more did taxes for years 2021 and 2022. After The April tax date, the money we owed was not directly withdrawn so I called to see if the taxes had been submitted. The secretary would tell me she would let ***** (lady who does taxes) know and call me back. I called about once a week for months and never would get call back. They stopped answering phone in May and June. I got *****'s email address and emailed her in June. She responded telling me they have not be accepted yet and she would be in office around July 11 call back. I asked what the problem was but never got answer back. After July 11 I called office and emailed with no response. Finally got her personal cell number from another client and called her September 21. She did not answer but texted me asking me to text her. I told her issue, and she responded saying this time she sent in request for transcript for explanation and that I should have received 2 letters from ***. I told her I never received anything. She said it's probably needed me to confirm identity. She stated at this time she would try again and that I should receive 2 letters within 2 weeks. No letters came. I reached back out at this time its October 6. Then she says both years had been rejected and she had to end up mailing then in. Today October 25, called ***, they said 2021 was never filed. She filed for extension but then missed that date. 2022 taxes were electronically filed June 13, 2 months after we signed papers and paid her. They were rejected because she filled them out wrong. The *** said we will have to file again and better off to use different person. Now our taxes are late and still not done. We will have to pay another person to prepare them and fees for being late.

    We did our taxes here and we have been trying to contact them since April.She failed to give us one of our forms needed for our business partners as well as copies or receipts or any other necessary paperwork needed. I sent a certified letter to her personal address as well as the business address and received confirmation that the business had received our request.  We also have not received our tax refund which leads me to question if it was ever even filed.I have reached out constantly to resolve this issue but nothing has been done.

    Approximately 3 months ago I was contacted by ***** she told me that she had refund checks for me from taxes filed back in 2020. She said she would overnight the checks to me and I've not received them yet. She doesn't answer phone calls or messages.

    I filed my taxes and called the *** Thursday and they told me on May 3 it was deposited by international into her account. Now she is acted like it was just deposited. I told her she has until Tuesday to respond to me about my refund.  Every time i call I get a message saying she will call back and she hasnt.

    I had my H33**3230**3337333836H prepared by this company. I had used them for years. I haven&#**;t received any correspondence from them regarding this year&#**;s return. The company was supposed to send my tax records and they haven&#**;t. I have called them numerous times in the last four months and I can&#**;t get a hold of anyone. I owe the *** and I have penalties stacking up and I don&#**;t know why.
