    The car lot its self is pretty decent. They’ll get you approved. But honestly the car care shop around back ruined the whole thing for me, and I will no longer refer people to the company. I was quoted a week. They have had my car for over 2 months. And they don’t offer loaner cars. The transmission went out in the car I bought just 6 months prior. Every time I call I get excuses on why it’s not done, I get hung up on and get a lot of attitude. I was nice the first 5 weeks of them having my car but that doesn’t seem to get me anywhere. I’ve called and left messages with managers and the owner with no call back. Everything is always going to be your fault. They will also tell you they take something called “SNAP” for a finance option, but surprise they don’t.

Additionally, our repair shop operates on a first-come, first-served basis, which can further impact timelines. Regarding loaner cars, we regret to inform you that our dealership's insurance does not cover loaner vehicles, which is why we do not offer them to customers. We understand this can be inconvenient and apologize for any hardship this may have caused. We are particularly concerned about your negative interactions with our staff and the lack of response to your messages. This is not the level of service we strive to provide, and we will address this issue internally to ensure it does not happen again. Regarding the financing option through SNAP, we apologize for any confusion or miscommunication. We do offer 3rd party financing, and we will investigate why this information was not accurately conveyed to you.
