    Made appointment to make a bid. Woman called me this am to verify Id be here @ 10:00 am. Well 2 hrs later no show and no phone call. So I called back, still no answer. Save yourself the heartache, I do not recommend this person/company. No wonder they are not BBB accredited.

    I do apologize for any inconvenience or heartache this may have caused you. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances on another job, we were unable to keep this appointment. I understand the frustration and it is not normal practice for our phone to not be answered. As well as a call to be made to our customers to reschedule. This was a one-off situation and could not be avoided at the time. Again, We do apologize for the trouble it may have caused you and hope you will reconsider our services in the future. God Bless!

    Hired then to remodel my baths , done a really good job except for the one shower seat, tile came off. Called and over a week later he finally responded after I already hired someone else to fix it. It came off again called him back to see if he would come back and fix it right almost 2 weeks now and he never called me back. So I guess not very responsible. He is a really good guy though and friendly.
