This company is a very good company highly recommended fast and courteous and professional. I have read the other reviews and for ****** saying they charged her $340 but she does not explain if that was a car accident or for storage. There is a daily storage fee and car accidents are more than just regular towing. I have use this company several times the price is always been fair.

This company is guilty of predatory towing. They also would not accept a credit card when it clearly states in the Md law that they must accept credit cards for payment. They also charged $340.00 for towing which it illegal. I will be calling the mayors office and I have already filed a complaint against the with the better business bureau. They dont even deserve a 1 star rating. Disgraceful.

Came to our house last year looking for the previous home owner and his truck. We told them they no longer lived here and invited them onto our property to look. They saw the truck was not here and left. Then just last week, over a year later, same company, different guy shows up and asked for the previous owner. When I told him we have owned the home for over 2 years now and the previous owner moved out of state, he said we know, Alabama right? I said I have no clue. Then he threaten me by saying well Im going to stalk you here until we get answers. Then I told him to not threaten me and get off my property. He laughed and started walking away. My husband went out to get a business card and was threatened again by the same guy who was driving the ow truck. Today, I called the company, asked to speak to the owner, the guy said this is him. I asked his name and said I wanted to file a formal complaint. He listened to what I said and then his exact words were, I was in the truck with the window and and could barely hear anything so I know God **** well you didnt hear anything at all.I was not going to listen to that kind of vulgar talk from the owner himself so I told him I was just going to contact the BBB and ******** ******* to file complaints.
