    I was told by security that I needed to either leave or get a room at their casino. I had zero problems nor issues until after I won a jackpot. Their security met me immediately after I went to the restroom and threatened me as soon as I left the restroom. They literally stood outside the restroom waiting on me and gave zero explanation for why they wanted me to leave. I had 3 beers there, prior to this, from their casino. The security guy in charge only told me that I should get a room at their hotel and insinuated that if I didn’t, they’d not be nice to me. Never felt like this.in my life. I got a room in the adjoining hotel but feel like they pressured me to do it. This casino is horrible!!

    Horrible experience, could not arrive to the Isle of Capri Casino location. I could see it from ******, and, from *************. However, THERE ARE NO SIGNE(S) communicating where the location, or direction(s). Even my GPS ******** could not accurately get me to the location. I ended up driving around the neighborhoods, such that the dead end streets at the casino, where I could not continue onto the destination. Somehow, I ended up driving around the prison. This is a first for me, such that all other casino's, especially in the *********** Area and **** all have SIGNS POINTING THE WAY, or at least A SIGN indicating where to turn and so on, just like *******************************************. I could not get any help from anybody, especially when I called. It seems like the only people who know of its existence and location are folks who are born and raised in Boonville, such as farmers and such. I guess the name Boonville should have been my first clue, however, I thought they would at least have signs, or, ****** GPS would get me to the location. I will be taking my money else where.

    Boonville is a historic town and signage is limited. I cannot help that GPS didn't locate us. More than **** people a day, even those not from Boonville, are able to navigate their way to our property.
