Boat repairs not done and some not done properly. Main service request technician refused to do after they had boat for one of two months.Boat vinyl stains from two months sitting waiting for repairs with leaves and pollen. Damaged new trailer. 1st time boat pulled onto it. Mechanic tried to run a **** pound boat up on a trailer like a wave runner and broke a bunk. Started engine with it partially underwater on take out and return. Boat stalled on return and techs excuse it had a carburetor. Called by Cope on phone to pay a **** with no invoice of the charges.Requested invoice. Still dont have.Said he filed a mechanics Lien when he did not. Said he mailed invoice never received and manager notified 6 days after he mailed it. Total amount is not in line with authorized repairs, but unknown what charges are? No invoice.Tried to intimidate me by saying he was retired law enforcement in a text and he would be taking my boat. Tried to reach out to company owner, no response. . Service requested to be done by a Mercruiser certified mechanic. I dont think they have one. They have a tech. Hard to list the issues without an invoice. I dont know what was done,but I do know the main reason they had the boat is not fixed. If charges include boat testing on water to diagnose I said upfront I am not paying for it because That was already tried before with another company and I was not paying for driving the boat the issue could only be caused by three things. Request the three sensors to be replaced. They refused after they had the boat a month.Manager said in a text that Mercruiser said the audio alarms are not an engine problem. That is another lie. I attempted to reach out to owner no response. I am willing to pay market price for repairs done properly, but I never received the invoice he said he mailed.
