Last summer my family and I ordered a sign and a blue epoxy river table. We were quoted $800 for the table. We paid for the sign in full and put over half of the money down on the table. We were told it take a while for the epoxy to dry so we would have to come back in approximately 3 months. When we went back the following day to pick up our sign we was told he had been too busy and didn't have a chance to finish it. We told him we would pick it up when he got done with the table. Fast-forward to now. Still no sign and still no table. If and when he will answer his phone or respond to texts I just get the runaround. He originally said his ***** was working the stand that day and ran off with our money then it was he had covid, then the city was making him move out of his building, then the city let him back in Last communication he said he built the table the wrong size and was going to have to start over. I have kept all the text messages for evidence. It has been almost a year now. I've tried giving him the benefit of the doubt. I either expect the things I paid for ir a full refund plus interest.
