    My husband and I met with Travel and Leisure Representative, ******* Sing, on 12/10/24. He told us we were eligible to join their Travel Up program which would allow us to sell back our timeshare ownership to Wyndham for what we paid for it. It also would grant us ******* points for no additional cost to automatically offset our monthly maintenance fee. He told us we would need to sign a fake contract in order to have access to the ******* points which would not cost anything as long as we didn't use them to travel. In January we were notified that we owed an extra $96.99 maintenance fee and are stuck with a loan for $25,981.20 resulting in a monthly loan payment of $421.46. We tried calling ******* Sing several times who told us he would be our account manager. He never returned our calls or called us back. We tried to call the Branson sales manager several times, and that phone had a busy signal every time we called. We talked to an attorney who told us to file a complaint with the Missouri Attorney General, which we did. The people at Branson blatantly lied to us causing us to be responsible for paying for something we didn't want.
