I am filing a complaint against Weed Man LLC for the poor work the company did to my lawn. I received a letter from the Weed Man company earlier this year regarding continuing to service my front lawn only. The way the letter was written was I would have to call the company to stop and/or continue lawn service.I am a senior citizen and when I received the letter, I was very ill. In fact, I was so ill that I forgot to contact the company to stop the lawn service. I got a bill for installing weed control. I realized that I had not contacted the company and therefore I had to pay for the weed control. I thought that I should check my lawn to see if the work had been done to my satisfaction. It had not been done to my satisfaction. The weed control was not applied to the curb lawn, the lawn around to my front porch and at the edge to my lawn.I called the Weed Man company and told the girl who answered the telephone that they needed to send someone out to my house to complete the lawn service. Also, I told the girl on the telephone I would pay for the first weed control only and discontinue my lawn service. To date no one has been to my home. I am getting telephone calls constantly to pay the bill.I would like to resolve this matter as soon as possible. If the company completes its lawn weed control to my satisfaction, then I will pay the invoice. If not, I would like the company to stop harassing me. Additionally, I have had my grass cut twice and the weeds are growing. I have attached pictures of my lawn on the curb, edge and around my front door.
