I was ordered by the courts in ******** to take a domestic violence course. My probation Officer out of caruthersville mo instructed me to contact Epics Counseling LLC to get enrolled. I initially emailed relics. They informed me I needed to do the course via zoom. So I bought Mt I pad to get going. Not once did they inform me that there was no courses done on line. It was after I paid my ***** for the orientation that things began to get turbulent confusing. I contacted epics to answer some questions. They were even more confusing in their understanding of their very own business. After being told orientation was post posed to the 21 of October. I explained I was set for 14 October orientation. I told them no one told me any thing. Upon looking in my emails I did see that message. But it finally emerged that I lived in ******,********. 2 to 3 hours away form their location. There fore it would not be economically possible to drive there every week. They should have told me in the beginning they didn't do on line. They should have known where I lived if online was no more.I was told I would be refunded my money. But Mrs *** who I initially talked to via text acted like ** she didn't see my payment. I got proof via PayPal receipt and receipt via cash app. I want my money back if they can't provide the service.

********************** reached out and we were trying to figure out to see how he made his payment, it was not his name attached.  His id number that he paid with was different from the ** listed with Pay pal.  I reached out to him see if he had paid for the services.  Mr.  ********* never confirmed if it was really him, it was a business name attached to his payment.  Consumer went to Pay Pal to dispute the charges and they are investigating the situation to see if it really Mr.  *********.  I am waiting for Pay Pal for them to go through the investigation process first.  Pay Pal will reimburse the consumer back after the investigation is over.
