    i traded off my 03 Taurus last month on the 25th to this place. thought i was making a good trade. boy i could NOT have been more wrong. the older guy who i was working with pressured me the ENTIRE way through and after test driving it he had taken it upon himself to assume that i was going to trade and started filling out the back of the title for the Taurus BEFORE i even stated if i wanted to do the trade. my taurus had under ******* miles and the van had a significantly larger amount of miles on it-(over *******). the guy also tried offering me only $1800 cash for my car when i paid $2977 for it September of last year at a lot in Springfield ( which i still have the receipt for and showed the guy when i was there) . I've had nothing but issues with the ************************************************************************************************************************* idle to serious transmission issues that i now have to fix because they chose NOT to disclose to me. i was afraid to even drive this thing home to Springfield but i had no choice as i felt that i was forced into this due to that guy doing what he did with the title to my Taurus. i looked at a ***** venture the same time i was there the moment i turned the key on the gauges did the same exact thing the Windstar does. i honestly dont see how they can live with themselves doing this to people and putting them in deathtraps that have issues like the van i got does. they really should be honest and upfront with people about ANY and ALL mechanical issues with the vehicles they sell before letting people test drive them.
