    Contacted Squeaky Clean about cleaning our house. **** met with us and we agreed what they would clean and how much they would charge. **** also said she would bring a schedule and agreement for us to sign. That never happened. First time they cleaned they did a good job. Second cleaning they set off the alarm and luckily the monitoring company called us before dispatching police. When the cleaners realized they had set off the alarm they called us and told us **** didn't tell them we had an alarm. Cleaning was not as good, left toothpaste and makeup drops in the bathroom sink, shower wasn't cleaned, the countertop in the master bath was not cleaned either. Third cleaning my wife told them what they had missed, the lady said they would do better. Third cleaning was good. The next time they were scheduled to clean they were a no show and didn't bother to call. I have called on multiple days and left at least 4 voicemails with no responses. This company still has a key to our house we would like back.

    We received your letter dated June 28, 2023 on July 7, 2023.  The company response was 'I am returning the key to the customer via FedEx.'.  The key word in their response is 'am' and not 'have'.  I'm not sure of the date the company responded to you but it had to have been before your letter but today is July 10, 2023 and we have not received our key.  That is 12 calendar days and I am not aware that FedEx takes that long to deliver.  This is just another example of this company not following through on what they said.  I notice they did not include a tracking number with their response.  We do not accept its position or statement.
