1 starDo not use! They charge for services not completed and then will make up a lie that "it was dangerous" for us to rotate your tires. But they still charge you for it and never said they didn't do it.Also, they will not honor any product or service plan, like when you buy tires and do the add on for the rotations and replacement if the tires are damaged.Review fromSean H

Zero stars wasn't option! ! Terrible experience and life put in danger by incompetent work done to my vehicle. Left front wheel ALL 5 lug nuts where so loose they could be turned by hand! Including damage which has gone unresolved despite MANY attempts on my part. I have called manager who seen the damage and said he would call me backnever did! So I have called back multiple times and I am told the manager is always busy and that I should call cooperate with my problem. When I asked for cooperates number I was denied it! They then said I should try their websitewouldnt give me the link! I was told it my problem and my responsibility to resolve the matter! Outrageous!Plaza Tire Service, Inc.

Visited Plaza Tire Service to replace all four tires on my 2006 Pontiac Solstice. Unfortunately, while the tires themselves were installed, one developed a leak shortly thereafter, so the service was not entirely satisfactory. My experience was unfortunately marred by a disappointing upsell and a lack of transparency.During the replacement, I was encouraged to pay extra for nitrogen to be filled in my new tires. I was informed that the tires had a lifetime free refill for nitrogen since I paid extra for the nitrogen service. Imagine my frustration when I returned to Plaza Tire with a leaking tire in the rear passenger side, only to be told their nitrogen fill machine had been broken for the past two years.What makes this situation even more concerning is that the tires were just replaced at Plaza Tire within the same timeframe they claim the machine has been broken. It raises serious questions about their commitment to customer ********************** and honesty.To have functioning equipment advertised as a selling point, yet be completely unusable for such a long period, is unacceptable. Furthermore, being offered a complimentary service that doesn't exist only adds to the disappointment.Due to this experience, I had to take my car to another tire shop to address the leak, a place I could trust wouldn't mislead me.If you're considering Plaza Tire Service, I urge you to proceed with caution and be wary of upsells. 1 starPlaza Tire on Broadway in ********, ** ruined our engine in our car. They are taking zero responsibility! I now am without a ******* have a job! I am 70 & I am glad ** protects the elderly in cases like this! I am filing a BBB & also an Attorney General complaint! I want to save others from getting taken like I did! There are so many other negative experiences that others have shared once I stated what happened to a car we nurturedNextdoor& Yelp have reached many ********** will continue warning others! My car is sitting in ********** at home with a seized engine, due to zero oul after they serviced it. We have given the Mgr. of the Broadway store- **** as well as the so called management at ************** *************************************************** every opportunity to own their obvious carelessness after installing 4 brand new ************ are adamantly denying any wrongdoing! 1 starSaturday 11/18/23 I called to ask if they had time to do an inspection, **** the manager is both unprofessional and rude. tried gas lighting me when i questioned ************ word that " *oing state inspections on the weekends is illegal per our state ******************* Troop * Officers" i called several other Plaza Tire location & confirmed that was false information. I even went further to contact *** Boys. ******************* ALL of which said that is not true. I then called back to ask why i was being lied to and **** proceeded to back peddle and tell me he didn't say illegal repeatedly. He said ever store is different. I reminded him these aren't franchised stores , State Laws don't change from store to store . because one one persons lack of professionalism , its cost Plaza Tire as a company a customer and decreased your ability to be trusted by your customers.to belittle and lie to customers and be upset when you get called out is child-like gross behavior. and I'm sorry if a WOMEN calling you out makes you upset, but do your **** job. that's all your getting paid to do at plaza.. except on weekends where its illegalReview fromMarsha R

1 starI went in for a oil change on 10/12/23 to #** store in ********* **. They stripped my plug in my oil pan and then told me it would cost me $200 for a new oil pan and $900 for labor. They didn't even change the oil lost half quart out charged me **** to put half of quart back in my car. Then torked the plug back in to the oil pan. Told me not to drive it very much. There wasn't A MANAGER on site. I drove it home and parked it. Haven't driven it since. Called corporate office and they took my complaint but they have yet to call me back on this issue.Review fromBrad P

1 starThey quoted me a price for set of tires for my truck. I agreed to the price and they ordered the tires. I went in 2 days later to have them put on. After they put them on they charged me almost double. $100 shy of being double what I was quoted. After I questioned the price difference, they said I had been misquoted on price and they would put my old tires back on before I left with the new tires at the price they quoted. I get that mistakes are made when quotes are given. But the salesman even said that he noticed when the tires came inthe price was way off what he quoted me. But instead of calling and saying he made a mistake with the price quote and do I still want them? They just decided to put them on anyways and charge me double because they knew they didnt carry my size in store and I would have no choice but to buy or put back on wore out tires. Very poor business tactics, and I would never use them again.
