******************************* is extremely rude and disrespectful of residents in the area of his estate sales. He allows customers to block driveways and mailboxes with their vehicles. When neighbors ask to have ******* explain to customers that residents can't drive in or out of their driveways and mail can not be delivered, he lies to the neighbors, then turns his back on them and walks away. The police have to be called to explain to him he is encouraging illegal parking in the neighborhood. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company for the rude and disrespectful behavior of its owner! He never apologized to any of the residents who missed mail for 2 days of his sale and could not exit or enter their driveways.

Sadly this review is factually incorrect. This disgruntled neighbor knew about the Estate Sale taking place, with both communication from the actual property owners who were downsizing and the sign that was placed in the yard. This disgruntled neighbor trudged into our sale, demanding that people move from the street. 1.) The Street is located in *********, ** and is a public street, therefore it is not OWNED by the disgruntled neighbor.. When it is a public street, our estate sale company cannot be held liable for how anybody parks. I also cannot be held liable for any mail delivery. 2.) The statement that she did not receive her mail is factually untrue. The mailman DID in fact deliver mail to all affected homes surrounding the property that was in question. Our estate sale company contacted the **** local **** and informed them that a sale would be taking place, a courtesy that we provide to the mail delivery person every time we have a sale so that they are prepared for heavy traffic. This disgruntled neighbor did in fact receive her mail BOTH days, with pictures to prove she was handed her mail the second day by the postal worker. I would add that the postal worker did not complain about the 4-5 homes that he could not drive right up to their mailbox... he simply got out and carried it up to the mailbox if a car was parked in front. 3.) This disgruntled neighbor was NOT lied to by any my staff or myself. She was angry and yelling around the house for people to move their cars, and when nobody went to move them, she started screaming at my staff to do something about it. I told her she could leave and that there was nothing i could do to make a person move their car. 4.) the police were called by the disgruntled neighbor. They in fact spoke to me directly. The police cackled as they walked up that she was out of her mind and that they would do nothing to appease her because she complains about everything. The police told me that they were not upset with me and that the street is public parking and that if someone parks in front of a mailbox, there is nothing the police can do either unless it is a disabled vehicle. They told us to carry on with the sale and that we were fine to conduct our business. She was angry with the police as well with their answers to her that nobody was doing anything wrong. 5.) There was no blocking of anybody's driveway. Nobody complained about a driveway situation. She has made up that portion of her complaint. 6.) This disgruntled neighbor is a menace to the neighborhood and has been for years. Numerous neighbors do not care for her actions. Not one other complaint came from anybody in the neighborhood. Our company performed a sale over a friday and saturday, and left the neighborhood with no further issues. As far as disrespectful behavior. I can tell you that i remained calm and cordial to this disgruntled neighbor even when she refused to leave our property that the sale was taking place within. The property owner even contacted the neighbor who was disgruntled and asked if there were issues that could be resolved of which the neighbor said that everything was fine. Overall, she is just upset that is a "*****" neighbor and that she owns the street which she does not. She is mad that the police wouldnt do anything. This complaint has NOTHING to do with my actual company and its services and therefore is a complete falsehood of what my company represents.
