    Their customer ********************** follow-up and office skills stink. The owner seems unable to run his office and follow through on paperwork - like getting receipt to the customer for heat pump installation, warranty paperwork on the unit and follow-through on submitting paperwork for UE rebates. I haven't received these and its been more than 5 months since installation and numerous texts, phone calls and an email to the owner and his son to receive this information. I do not have proof necessary on warranty if something were to go wrong with the heat pump unit. I was also told that we would be getting a rebate from ** which we haven't received. **** ****** (owner of company) took the receipt from us and got our UE customer number. He told me he needed these to submit for the rebate himself. It hasn't come from ************** yet.
