      Prior to dropping off my truck to Car Craft Auto Body on May 8, 2024 i informed the Madison (receptionist) to make sure that they have all the parts available, which includes checking with the parts supplier, and are ready to start repair on my truck. She assured me that they are ready to start and complete repair without delay. On May 10th i received an email that the hail repair was complete and the truck is in disassembly phase of repair. May 14th i was informed truck is in the body repair phase and shooting for 5/28/ 2024 as a completion date. When I learned that my truck is not ready on 5/28/2024 they tell me that the new roof has not been delivered. After being informed several times by **** (employee) that the roof hasn't arrived i requested that they return my truck because i need to use. Well in order to delay returning my truck, **** telling me that the roof would be delivered the next morning and afternoons. My last contact with **** was on 6/3/2024 when the roof was supposed to be delivered but it wasn't. **** told me another story about talking to the supplier and the roof would be in today on 6/4/2024 on the 8:00 am delivery truck. I told her that without any further delay that I want to pick up my truck today if the roof was not delivered this morning as she said it would be. I haven't heard or received any information since yesterday.

      I had them repair my Tesla as part of an insurance claim. They were supposed to have the car for 4-5 days. On the 6th day, I asked for a status as I had heard nothing. I was told parts were ordered and would not be in for weeks. I stated I wanted to pick my car up multiple times as it was drivable when I dropped it off (dent in the hood/no mechanical issues). 3 requests of what was going on and wanting to pick my car up were completely ignored. Finally, when they did reply, they ignored my request to get my car and blamed the insurance company for not approving additional repairs right away. However, my insurance company showed me it was approved the day it was submitted. After that, I again stated I wanted to pick my car up as the insurance would not pay for a rental that long. I was again ignored. Fast forward 24 days and I finally get *******, the manager, on the phone, and she was horrible to deal with. She had no idea what was going on with my car or why no one had replied to me for so long. I finally picked it up and they had let the battery run down to 22%. The overwhelming majority of this was via email, which I am happy to provide to anyone that asks.

      Responding to complaint # ******

      Production Manager, ***, reached out to ********************* on Friday, November 17th to discuss the concerns she had with her Tesla repair. *** spoke with the ********************* to review the timeline of the repairs regarding how long it was in process (18 business day) and what that repair entails.  *** informed ******************** we were actually ahead of what the target date should have been since we used a bumper from another order to speed the process along.  Mrs. ********* main concern was lack of communication. Our CSR was updating through email and phone calls as well.  ******************** appreciated my phone call and I apologized for any lack of communication she felt we had along with letting her know that we are in process with improving our communication. I also let her know **** is new here and apologized if something was relayed to her incorrectly.
