I bought a car 10/22 got the warranty to ensure the car would be covered for any major repairs. 8/23 the engine went in the car. Dealership called they said a claims adjuster would be out in 48 hours it to 72 before one came out. I was told when purchasing the warranty rental coverage was provided. To my surprise only 10 days are provided. The claim was approved on 9-8-2023 they told the dealership the engine would be delivered on 9-11-2023. Here it is 9-14-2023 still no engine. Asked what does that mean for the rental because its only 4 days left. I was told we only cover 10 days so you figure it out. I paid to weeks of rentals before they approved it now I'm going to have to pay for who know how many days. Not to mention the are not paying for the full labor cost of the repair. I have to pay out of pocket $1100 including the deductible! Please don't waste your money with this warranty company.Review from Scott B

I am a service Advisor at a GM store and this is the 2nd time i have used Dealer Resource for the same customer. Both experiences and been great with no issues concerning coverage. I dealt with ******* and **** on the initial call and was able to get all needed work approved. After repairs were done I was in contact with *************************** to get payment and that went very smooth. I deal with numerous Extended warranties and can say this is one of the best I have dealt with. Would recommend to someone looking for an Extended Warranty. you have to remember that you have to READ your contract to se what is and is not covered. ****************** in dealers will tell people you have a " Bumper to Bumper Warranty " well you do not have full bumper to bumper, not even GM has a iron clad Bumper to Bumper warranty. The customers hear what they hear and assume everything is covered. My advise is if you hear "Bumper to Bumper" be ***** and ask a lot of questions and get it in writing from the dealer. Thant's my 2 centsReview from Quinton M

I want to express my deep frustration and disappointment with DealersResourceCenter.com based on my recent encounter with them. I strongly advise against purchasing a vehicle warranty from this company as their way of doing business is not up to par. Unfortunately, during my recent visit for repairs on my truck's AC compressor and radio, they unreasonably denied my claim, which left me shocked and disheartened. The rejection of my claim was based on trivial and nonsensical reasons. For example, they pointed out the slight difference in tire size, even though the tires were the same size as the ones originally on the truck when I bought it. Additionally, they cited a modified exhaust as a reason to completely cancel my warranty. These issues have no relation to the actual problems I was facing. What surprises me, even more, is that this isn't the first time I've dealt with DealersResourceCenter.com for a claim. In previous instances, they had no problem approving and processing my claims without any issues. However, when this claim involved a higher cost, they conveniently sent someone to inspect my vehicle. It was during this inspection that they conveniently discovered the unrelated modifications and used them as an excuse to cancel my warranty. In light of my disappointing experience, it is important to caution others about the poor service provided by this company. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend DealersResourceCenter.com to anyone, and I strongly believe that ***** or any reputable brand should never associate with companies like DealersResourceCenter.com. I sincerely wish there was an option to give them a rating of zero stars for their subpar service. To conclude, I truly hope that this review reaches a wide audience, especially those considering purchasing a vehicle warranty. It is my aim to protect hardworking individuals from wasting their money and time on dealing with untrustworthy companies like DealersResourceCenter.comReview from Thomas R

Little more than organized crime. These people rejected a valid claim stating the oil change interval wasn't frequent enough. They rejected hand written receipts from a local garage. Must be nice to make up your rules as you go.BTW, this company is so horrible that they had their own employees write glowing 5 star reviews. You can tell they are fake because the writing style matches, one "reviewer" uses and abundance of exclamation points, another writes in all caps, another refers to these contracts as "products", who does that? It's not as if they are selling hair brushes. This happens over multiple reviews.Imagine a company so terrible that they have to write fake reviews to throw consumers off of their nefarious trail?Review from Marko J.

HORRIBLE.I am an experienced service advisor who worked with ***** ******** and *** dealerships and I do know enough about maintenance and what is due and when. I also know how to look up an official maintenance recommendations from a user manual for the particular make and model and go by it to keep my car running. They denied fixing the $3400 oil leak because of the oil change negligence. According to them, my car needs oil changes every 5k miles which is not what official ****** user manual says. Every single oil change has been done every 10k miles according to the manufacturers recommendation, since the very first purchase of this vehicle. All is documented on the ******s national service history and was done in accordance with manufacturers recommendation!!! You are simply denying ******s official maintenance recommendation for my particular model!!I am very disappointed by the ignorance I am receiving as a customer. Your department is still claiming that my 4runner 4x4 v6 limited needs oil changes every 5k miles which is simply not true as I do have the user manual for this particular engine which clearly states 0w20 full synthetic oil which is designed for my engine, due once a year or every 10k miles. A SIMPLE GOOGLING WILL TELL YOU THAT TOO! You guys are simply denying official ****** user manual and that appears to be a scammy business model. I have not heard back from anyone in the management who is willing to hear me out and recognize the mistake you guys are making. Unbelievable. As a side note, they approved the $850 fuel sending unit repair, but denied the $3400 oil leak repair, both on the same ticket!! If I neglected my car, why would you approve any repairs at all?!!Another fact is that I am 200 miles away from the expiration of the contract, and the car has 150k miles on it. Maybe thats why.Shame on you all and Shame on your management for not even showing courtesy to hear a customer out, president of the company included!Review from Austin w

Do not ever do buisness with this company. I have had this warranty company and my transmission blew on my truck while in the process of getting it to the dealership my catalytic converter got stolen off the truck. Long story short, this company said that it is a "modification" and refuse to assist and told ** too bad so sad. I would never recommend this company to anyone in my life. The company wont even give a list of what is considered a "modification" save your money because they wont even issue a refund.
