Unpleasant Service I had an extremely unpleasant experience with Bradley Fuel and Repair. I was quoted **** for a Water Pump kit, left paying over **** dollars and with new issues. After dropping my car off on Monday I picked it on Saturday. I took it for a quick 9 min drive then check engine light came on, first time ever. My Car was rubbing when I made a left turned and the engine didn't feel right. They said it was the axel and that ***** forgot to change a part. Brought it back 10 mins later for them to fix the issue and they said they would check it out Monday, Mind you they don't close until 6 on Saturday and they didn't even try to fix the issue after I dropped it back off. Come Tuesday, they fixed the axel and the part he forgot to put on. After realizing that it wasn't the axel or the part he forgot to put on, they still charged me for the axel, then proceeds to tell me it's my transmission and told me it had nothing to do with them. Never had any issue with my transmission. Picked my car up 3 days later (total of 12 days at the shop) burning smell and rattling badly. The service was incredibly slow, and the staff seemed indifferent to my concerns. The repairs were not done properly, and I had to return multiple times and the issue was never resolved and THEY created more issues. Communication was lacking, leaving me frustrated and dissatisfied. I expected much better service for the money I paid. Avoid this place at all cost if you're looking for reliable and efficient repairs. Don't even take your vehicle here for air in your tires trust me. If you do, don't say I didn't warn you. If I could give negative stars I would.
