    Purchased new construction in June 2022 and this company has yet to honor my final walk-through and inspection repairs. Met with the owner in Jan 2023 and was told I'd be contacted upon his return from vacation Feb 6th. It's now Feb 18th and I have not been contacted nor has a contractor contacted me to schedule repairs. On 17 Feb my furnace and/or thermostat has stopped working. It's 28 degrees outside and currently 63 degrees in my house. I'm in a brand new house using a space heater in a closed door bedroom. A technician from the heating and cooling company is scheduled to contact me this morning. I've been beyond patient but it's clear to me they have no intention of honoring their work.

    I have been in contact with *****************. I have a list of items to repair. Repairs were setup to be done on 3/9/23 but had to take my brother to ******. Informed her of that and we agreed to try again this Monday 3/13

    This is the first of hearing about her furnace not working, but Contractor did go out and do repairs already under warranty. So not sure why this even an complaint!

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. The business has come out and addressed all issues pertaining to repairs and scheduled maintenance for minor repairs. It appears as though the former Superintendent, who is no longer employed with this company, was negligent on final walk-through repairs and the owner was not aware that these repairs had not been completed. He, the owner, has made every effort to correct these issues and I am satisfied with his efforts to resolve them.
