    EVER SINCE *********** LEFT THIS PLACE IS TRASH. THEY ARE CURRENTLY TRY TO FRAUDULENTLY CHARGE ME FOR THINGS I NEVER BOUGHT DONT COME HERE!

    I had no issues with the doctors, however, the vision centre was the worst experience. Dr * *********** was spectacular at getting my prescription. He was a fantastic doctor at listening to my issues and was extremely patient with me. The vision centre altogether drops the ball. They charged me $1,112.00 on 8/16/22 today is10/22 for glasses that I do not have. They made mistakes in their recommendations and the lens was made incorrectly several times. The manager instead they were correct and I fell off a ladder and down several steps hurting myself. The glasses were returned and they lost them, the manager hung to phone up on my family trying to help me get the glasses that I have paid for in full. The manager ***** is wrong to hang up on customers. This is very wrong to take my money and ignore my asking and emails to receive my refund. Sorry to say do not trust this business.

    Mr. ********** came in with complications from a procedure with a previous surgeon. We remade his glasses four times, as a courtesy. He requested to be restyled into a new frame, a new prescription, and at no charge. When I explained that he would be charged for the new frame his sister then became intractable. I asked her to return the original pair of glasses so that we could (again, as a courtesy) remake one last set of lenses and she said they didn't have them. She proceeded to tell me that they left the frame on a random desk while nobody was in the office. She called several times afterwards being very confrontational and angry. AGAIN, as a courtesy, I reordered a new frame and have had his lenses remade. We have multiple people (patient, sister, and girlfriend) calling at random times asking for glasses and/or a refund. This situation has been very confusing for our staff. On a weekly basis, they request new prescriptions. We have gone above and beyond for this patient. Respectfully,

    The response is so far from the truth. I will file with small claims court asap. Thank you.
