Hello, I bought a seasoning blend from Country Creek Seeds via their Etsy storefront. I forgot and it did not show up during checkout that my old apartment number was still on the account. I attempted to try and resolve the situation with them, but they instantly went on the defensive, instantly saying that it was my fault (which yes, I do take ownership of, which is why I attempted to reach out right as soon as I placed the order, admitting my mistake and not blaming anyone else. I simple asked if they can either change the apartment number on their end or cancel it so I can redo the order with the corrected address. Both were responded by rudely responded that it was my fault and my responsibility. I've had nothing but positive experiences with sellers, Etsy or other, and as someone who works in customer service myself, I never wish to be the problem customer, but this has left me with no other choice. The below shipping information is what was entered when placing the order. This address is where the order will be shipped. Once the order has been submitted, no changes can be made. This information is considered PII (Personal Identifiable Information) entered by the person placing the order and it is illegal for anyone to tamper with PII. Tampering with *** is considered possible fraud. The only person who can change information legally is the customer, and that would be done at the time the order is being placed. This law is in place to protect the customer from anyone who would hack any system for the purpose of illegal activity such as re-routing an ordered item to their own or different address or altering the information for identity theft purposes. It is imperative that we receive current and accurate shipping information when placing your order. We will not be financially responsible when the customer submits an address where a package cannot be delivered. When the error is created by the customer, the financial loss is also the customers responsibility. This is a costly mistake that, in most cases, cannot be corrected due to the package having been processed and may already be in transit.
The processing of your order has already been completed, is in transit and cannot be cancelled.

I have reviewed the business' response and am rejecting it because: I have done business with many others who did not have an issue with changing the apartment number. This company just wants to do all that the can to antagonize and be combative with the customer all over $6. I am in complete and utter awe at how combative they are in their (lack of) customer service and at this point, they can keep the $6 and change, but they permanently lost what could've been a loyal customer with repeat business and I will be posting my negative experience online.

On March 22nd I placed an order on Seed Play Love's Shop.app store - Seed Play Love is a company owned by Country Creek Acres LLC. My order number is *******. My order was marked as "shipped" at some point, which is visible to me within the Shop app, but when I look up the order using the link in my emails, it doesn't show that it's been shipped yet. I reached out to Seed Play Love several times, but the email address on their website (and also linked on the order confirmation page) is inactive. I also emailed Country Creek Acres LLC on April 2nd, but they have not responded. At this point I'm frustrated - it isn't currently possible to contact Seed Play Love directly, the status of my order is inconsistent between my order confirmation page and the Shop app, and Country Creek Acres LLC does not respond either. I simply want to know the status of my order - and if it hasn't been shipped yet, I would like it to be expedited.Business Response

Dear BBB,I recently received a compromised seasoning product from Country Creek Acres, purchased via Shopify using a $5.99 credit. Despite their product page showing a sealed item, it arrived torn open.Attempts to contact them through Shopify were futile as their email on the platform is inactive. After significant effort, I found their current email online and used their contact form. The response from someone named ****** was dismissive and rude, ignoring the unsafe practice of shipping open food products, a violation of federal regulations.Multiple complaints on ************* and Shopify highlight a pattern of issues and ignored requests for refunds.
