    I canceled my car wash membership in person June 16th 2022 but I have kept being charged for my car wash every month. I called and talked to someone June 24th after being charged and they said it was canceled too close to the payment date and it was for sure canceled going forward. Then I was charged again in July and I called again. They said they don’t know what’s happened but refuse to give me my money back. Now it has happened again being charged in August 2022 and they are still refusing to give me my money back when I have continuously been calling to have it canceled every month. This is not a very good business practice in my opinion. I have tried to give it grace but now it’s just gone on for too long for them to keep making excuses.

    Thank you for reaching out.  I have reviewed your membership and see that you washed on June 28th which was after your recharge date of June 22nd.  We do require 7 day notice on cancellations so we can make sure they fully process which is addressed on the membership agreement upon signing up.  We also provide confirmation numbers when a cancellation is processed so we can look further into this should there be a concern.  If you are able to provide that number we would be happy to look further into that cancellation request in June.  I show you washed again on August 21,2022.  I do show you cancelled on 08/26/22 and will be able to wash until 09/21/22 without further charges.  Should you wish to further discuss please reach out to our office.
