    ***** build a Fence on my property early 2024 in ************** ********. Initially communication was good then the day came for him to show up to build and he did not show up on scheduled day. He did not call, text or email to communicate this. I called him and he seemed upset that I asked why he didn't show up. Eventually he showed up on another date and finished the fence. Work was good and I was satisfied until I was notified by the City of ************** that he operated without a building permit and a business liscence for the City of ************** and apparently did not build the fence to code which he initially said he would do as the contractor. Tried to communicate with him about fixing the fence and making it to code but has since blocked my number, doesn't respond to texts, calls, or emails. Will need to seek legal action.

    Not honoring the promised warranty. Will not respond in any way shape or form to any attempt to contact him. Poor craftsmanship on new product.

    This customers is very ugly. Told me he didn't want any Mexicans at his house. Then after we set post in concrete  he kicked them all and said they are not straight. Little did he know there where the tops had a bend in some which happens but we cut those off as we don't need to whole post. Causing us to have to reset. Then smoking weed and crack in the back yard yelling at me team.
    I installed over $400.00 of extra cedar pickets on the inside over and beyond to try and please this customer. After we completed it he said it was awesome loved it. Now he is complaining. 
    I don't want anything to do with this bigget. Let him put a negative  review. I will live  with it.

    1st marajuana in ******** is legal.  2nd there was no crack smoked.  A simple drug test will disprove this fallacy.  I AM of mexican decent, so the biggoted claims are defamation of character and are being used to ****** sympathy.  The craftsmanship is poor, he is not honoring his warranty, and any concern addressed to him was met with complaints.  The ugliness was from his side.  Requests that were made up front were not honored. I did indeed kick his crew off my property when work was being done without even so much as a tape measure.  A simple look at his reviews will show he has done the exact same thing to other customers.  I have provided photo proof of the poor quality work.  You will find he has been shady with other people as well.  I have no reason to lie, the proof is in my backyard and is available for viewing at your discretion.

    We completed the job and the next day he went off the the hinge, we tried to accommodate the consumer  the consumer kicked over twelve post and they dried in concrete.  He stated that he did not want any minorities at his home.  I built the fence and got out there.

    12/15/23: Met w ***** to get a bid for a metal fence 12/22/23: Received estimate 1/15/24: Deposit of $4375 given via check 1/16/24: Check cleared the bank 3/21/24: Asked about timeline of fence being placed, ***** did not remember who/which job I was 3/22/24: ***** said the fence I wanted would be shipped on 3/26 & arrive by 1st week in April. Blamed manufacturer for being behind. 4/10/24: I texted for update. No answer. 4/12/24: I texted for update. Responded 5 hours later that he was checking on order 4/15/24: I inquired again about my order 4/17/24: ***** reports manufacturer sent wrong style 4/19/24: I inquire how long it will take to get the style I want. Six weeks. If I use what he has in stock, $1103 cheaper. I agree to that. 5/2/24: ***** wants the company who put in my sprinkler system to mark it. On 1/25, ***** told me he took care of that. The previous owner put in sprinklers, so cant have this done. 5/13/24: ***** wants to walk the sprinkler heads w me. Via phone conversation, we agree to meet 8am, May 20. 5/19/24: 8:38pm I send a text confirming our meeting to go over sprinklers 5/20/24: 6:56am ***** tells me he is in ***** at a funeral, he will be back next day. 6/4/24: I ask for my money back. ***** agrees. Says check will be put in mail on Monday as he is on vacation. 6/10/24: I send a reminder text for ***** to drop check in mail. He responds w pictures as he is in hospital w/ broken femur. Offers to pay via *****. I tell him we can talk in a week. 6/12/24: I look on BBB website & see a complaint VERY similar to mine. Sent ***** a text w my Venmo, asking him to send money by 5pm Friday, tell him what I saw online. He IMMEDIATELY responds (via text w ************* telling me he is honest & asks for my Venmo. I tell him its in the text. 6/14/24 6:38pm I havent heard a thing, Venmo balance hasnt changed. I have entire texting chain on my phone (documents requested below) & a copy of the bid.

    On June 13, 2023, ********************* came to our home in **************, ** to look at installing an aluminum fence in our backyard. On June 25th we received a quote from ************** for $11,725.00. He told us he would put us on the schedule once we paid the 50% down payment. I mailed a check to him for $5,862.50 on June 26th. That check was cashed and cleared my bank account. ************** told us that his company was about 3 weeks out on jobs. So we expected the job to be done in August. On September ***** texted ************** to find out when they were going to start and I heard nothing for a week. I texted again and we were told that they were coming to install the fence on September 26th. However, they didn't show up. I called to find out why and was told they ordered the wrong fencing and had to reorder. Finally got another commitment date from SEB for an October 25th installation. They did not show up. Sent several messages after that but received no response. Finally on November 21st, ************** responded stating that they would not be able to install our fence and he was going to send my deposit back. It has been over two months and I still haven't received my deposit. All I get from ************** are new excuses. I just want my deposit back of $5,862.50.

    Our vendor sent the wrong materials.  That process takes six to eight weeks to receive the new materials.  Due to other circumstances, I told him I would not be able to do his project.  I gave him the name of another company to do the work for him.  I told him I would give him a refund.  The money has been refunded already.  I am very sorry that we were not able to get the check to him sooner.
