In February they installed a heating and air conditioning unit in ************ and we spent $4,000. In the begging of April we turned on the air conditioning unit for the first time, and noticed it was leaking down our glass door on the inside. I contacted the owner and he was on vacation at the time, so he said he would follow up the next week. He didn't come that following week, and I had to reach out several times before he agreed to come out on May 2nd. They were at our house 45 minutes and then left and said he would be back in an hour. He came back that day and told my husband to reach out if it started leaking again. My husband reached out by text because it started leaking again, and asked  if he could come back that day or later the next day. He said he wouldn't be able to come out and also said there was part that got damaged during installation that needed to be ordered. I called him on May 3rd and said that we needed really to get the issue fixed because we paid in good faith. He called my husband and told him that because it was 40 degrees we were not a priority, and if we needed to get someone else to fix it we should. We had a different company come out the same day and temporarily fixed it with a copper adaptor and it costs $381.50. They said it would cost approximately $400 to replace the part that was crimped, the tubing and labor.
