Owner promised that he would finish my master bathroom shower. Owner left this shower unfinished, not clean and unsealed rendered unusable after working on it off and on for weeks. Owner started work in my main bathroom, leaving holes in walls, trim not installed around door and never finished remodel as discussed. Owner never finished sealing a spot regrout job in kitchen. Owner owes me $300 for getting paint on doors after I had them professionally finished. I had to have 6 doors resanded and refinished. Refuses to reimburse for the damage he caused. Owner verbally promised to have all rooms aforementioned completed by 21 June deadline. Owner took last check I wrote and left everything as is. Will not pick up phone, return calls or texts. I purchased everything needed for the bathrooms for the remodels based on our agreement and now left with a garage full of thousands of dollars worth of materials. Owner also left me with two dumpsters worth of remodel trash that he promised he would supply dump trailer for for three weeks which he never did leaving me with having to make multiple trips to dispose of myself because my city only takes trash in city supplied bags. He ghosted me.
