    Company was hired to move all contacts of storage units to apartment 301 .They left a sewing cabinet at the locker causing a charge of ****** for the next month.I had no idea all items had not been moved until I was charged for the month plus an over due charge.I spoke with Gevonnie about the charge and moving the cabinet as I felt it was their responsibility to pay.I ended up paying the charge to avoid additional charges.I finally got the movers to deliver my cabinet kinda!They took it apart and was brought to me in pieces!We are both in our 80s have no one to put the piece together.This. Was a gift never had been used as I became ill and could not see.I am at a complete loss as to where to turn.I do hope you can help.

    For starters, ***** ********** does not have a phone that can receive calls or texts.  I've only been able to communicate with her when she has called me.  She can send texts and make calls but cannot receive them, making organizing this move very difficult.  I understand that an item was left at the storage unit, but I will not take responsibility for the condition of the cabinet.  Attached is a picture of the storage unit upon arrival.  Clearly, the unit was packed haphazardly in an unprofessional manner.  ******* assumptions that damage was done by our crew and not the crew that loaded the storage unit is puzzling.  Additionally, we will not pay for the charges at the storage unit as we had a crew and truck ready to move the contents of the storage unit to Mrs. *********** residence on the agreed date and time but Mrs. ********** did not provide us with the correct gate/unit code.  ********************* cannot receive calls or texts, we had no way of getting the correct access codes to the storage unit and we had to send crew home.  Typically, we charge our 2 hour minimum of $300 when we show up.  I did not charge ********** this fee as I could tell she was having technological difficulties as well as health problems.  After moving contents of storage unit to the ********** residence, we picked up cabinet as soon as possible and did so free of charge.  Moving MO has been fair in dealing ***** ********** and we do not understand where this $700 figure is coming from.
