    I purchased four customized watch bands on 12-23-23 and was charged $78.36, but I never got my merchandise. I have sent two emails with no response, and now the website and business are shut down. The order number is *****.

    I placed an order on 12/25/2023 and received an email with order confirmation. Its now 1/23/2024 and I still have not received my order. I have emailed the company twice with no response at all from them. Theyve received payment and not fulfilled my order and now no response from customer service. I have to dispute the payment through my bank now.

    I placed an online customized order on December *******. Printiva was paid. My order confirmation email says the item would ship in 3-5 days and I would be notified when shipped. It is now January 5,2024.I still have not received confirmation that my product was shipped or received the product. My account on their website shows items was paid and unfulfilled.     I ordered an Apple Watch band on 10/20/2023 and the charge has gone through. That was over 4 weeks ago. I have not received the band, nor received any shipment confirmation. I have sent SEVERAL emails to customer support with absolutely NO response.

    I purchased a personalized band for my Samsung watch on February 17th 2023 I received confirmation after I paid saying it would ship in 3-5 days. Today is March 17th still nothing and I've emailed them 3 times no response considering thats the only way to get in contact with them I just want my money back at thus point.
