Problem with racism. This company called me with a quote of $9000 which is Very offensive I have had a surety policy as a freight broker Before to try to charge someones $9000 for never getting any incidents you pull my credit theres no way in the world I shouldve had a $9000 payment for when Im looking at other people that you have broke down payments for them just as well in 12 months. Im almost pay you almost 700 for insurance with my card note is less than that. This is something has to be done. Im reporting you to the insurance.

************************* began their online application for a $75,000 BMC-84 Freight Broker or Forwarder Surety Bond on August 24th, 2024 at 7:06 PM CST. After providing the information required for a free, no-obligation quote, the applicant acknowledged their understanding of insurance fraud and opted into a consumer credit report review. *************************** application was submitted to underwriting and was approved for a quote of $9,375.00 for a 1-year term based on the insurance company's underwriting criteria for freight broker bonds.

The approved quote invoice and indemnity agreement were sent to ************************* via email on August 26th, 2024 at 8:56 AM CST. ************************* advised our agent at 8:58 AM CST over the phone that they were unsatisfied with the quote and advised they had a lower premium quote offer elsewhere. At this point, our agent closed the file since the client was going elsewhere. Our agents received several more phone calls from ************************* expressing their frustrations with the quote we offered.

As with all lines of insurance, quoted premiums vary depending on which surety markets/insurance carriers an agency - like SuretyBonds.com - partners with. Similarly, premium financing availability is at the discretion of the issuing surety market/insurance carrier, not the agency. The surety markets/insurance carriers with whom SuretyBonds.com currently places freight broker bonds do not currently offer premium financing due to the high risk for claims.
************************* provided all required application information online and agreed to a consumer credit report review before finalizing their application. The insurance companys underwriter provided the best rate available according to the provided underwriting criteria.

We consider this complaint closed at this time and would like it removed from our profile as it accuses SuretyBonds.com of personally underwriting an account based on illegitimate insurance underwriting protocols.

NO, I do not because they are advertising as a insurance company and they are not. Immediately afterwards the call from different companies began to call you. These people sale your information.

I purchased $100,000,00 bond from surety bonds for $4,400.00 and when I purchase the bond, agent (*****************) told me that it is fully refundable if I don't approve for the license. I applied for license twice and I did not get the license in last 3 months. First bond had an zip code mismatch issue then they provided Surety Rider but it was not accepted too. So I rejected by state 2 times in last 90 days. Now, I am asking for my refund and their answer is : " If you'd like, we can request cancellation from the surety company to close your liability but there would be no refund provided. Unfortunately, first term bond premiums are considered fully earned upon issuance of the policy per our terms and conditions agreed to during purchase."Then when I send screenshots of their agent that I purchased agreement from stating that it is fully refundable if I don't get the license from the state, they changed their story to:"That is typical for bonds that are not financed. You did not pay this bond in full at the time of purchase and financed instead. With financing, the bond is absolutely non-refundable."However, when I am purchasing the bond agent already knew that I am going to finance that bond.So basically, what they are doing is, they tell you that bond is refundable until you purchase the bond and if you don't get the license, they are trying to find 1000 reasons why you cannot get your money back. They are not solid business; they do not honor what their agents says. The last agent named **** told me that apply 3rd time because I don't have option of refund. I told him I cannot because I don't have enough sources to keep trying and told him I exercise my legal rights I they do not honor their agreement about the refund. He makes fun of me saying that " you cannot even pay office rent and you're going to spend more money in court to get your money back." It is not acceptable. They do not honor their agreement and they even make a fun of their customer.

*********************** received their $4,000.00 premium quote invoice for their requested $100,000 California Immigration Consultant Bond (1-year term) on 2/1/2024. *********************** then requested their annual premium be financed on 2/2/2024 for a total of $4,300.00, which included a $1,633.32 down payment and 4 monthly installments of $695.60.

On 2/15/24 *********************** signed their Premium Financing Addendum, which states All premiums paid by the principal to the agency or financing company, including all service fees are considered 100% earned once received.

On 2/15/24 *********************** signed their Indemnity Agreement, which states Such premium shall be fully earned upon issuance or renewal of the bond, unless contrary to law.

As of 5/24/2024, *********************** has paid a total of $3,720.12 toward their financed bond premium (down payment plus 3 out of 4 installment payments).

No correspondence should have occurred to counter the cancellation/refund terms outlined by the financing company and issuing surety company; *********************** agreed to all terms outlined by both their financing company and issuing surety company. SuretyBonds.com is actively working with ***********************, their financing company, and their issuing surety company to request cancellation and issue any available refund per their terms. Note that any decision to cancel/refund any premium at this time is at the sole discretion of the financing company and issuing surety company.
