    I took my recently purchased **** **** to STL Diesel to do a full look over of the engine for $250. It took 3 calls in 6 days to get a quote for repairs required to allegedly get the truck to pass Missouri inspections. The bill came to $5200 plus. I took the truck to get inspected. It failed before it was even hooked up to the machine because STL Diesel twisted my driver side front brake line of the bat with more issues as well. The steering tension was a disaster and needed fixed as well as steering gear box had so much play in it that it was dangerous. STL Diesel either entirely missed the steering or more likely they broke it or set it up to be brought back to them with more money because there is no way they could have missed those items. Now I am forced to pay another about $2900 to fix STL Diesels mishaps.

    Customer wasn't charged the $250.00 health check as shown on invoice#****.When the customer dropped of truck he said he was in no hurry just to let him know when we got to it.In this current economy there is always a shortage of employees parts,etc and we are very busy.I have been in business for 11 yrs and never had a complaint like this.I always take care of my customer in house and fair treatment of any issue.We were never contacted by ********* to report this or complain . I would have tried to do more to help him.I do not practice breaking trucks for them to return to spend more money that just makes my issues with back log and employees even worse.We have tried to reach out to him and he has not returned any calls ,probably due to his allegations being false.
