I purchased what I was told was a major medical dental health and vision insurance policy. I purchased it on 02/03/24 and cancelled it on 03/15/2024. I NEVER used it. They assured me I had 90 days to cancel and could get a refund. That was a lie. They are refusing to refund me my premium from last month and they just drafted my bank for this upcoming month and they even refuse to refund that! Please help me. They were awful and very resistant to cancelling the policy as I was requesting even laughing at me. It was a nightmare. Please can you help me get a refund?
