      I recd an email from Blank Communities, **** ******** home park today, 08-20-24, with an invoice showing I owe a previous balance. I moved from Lot 23 on 03-15-24 and I met with the park manager who said I owed nothing and she did an inspection and the place was left in excellent condition. I have the inspection results. I was not in arrears at the time of departure and I was at the end of lease and did not sign a renewal. I notified the manager in advance via email. This park, once Blank took over, assigned water consumption minimums, charging me for 2000 gallons per month when I never used more than a 1000 and they did this to everyone, never providing actual meter readings But this complaint is about being charged for a "previous balance" I don't owe. At my final visit with the park mgr, ***** was also there, he lives in the park and cuts lawns there, so he is witness to that last visit. Previously, I had to get the city involved to get a sewer line fixed, it took weeks and I had to clean sewer from bathtubs. This is a horrible company and I owe them nothing. They were milking people then and apparently still now. I lived there almost 12 years and dud good, spending a few thousand to get feral cats fixed. I was a fantastic tenant. This is the first I have heard from them since my last visit mid-March when I moved. They have already sold that place in June, the trailer I lived at.. I have forwarded the email recd to the park manager as a cease and desist. She can contact me one time by email to provide confirmation I owe nothing. This company has terrible bookkeeping practices, and significant IT issues. I should have reported them about water issue, but didnt, but I did save the ******** page where others were having the same issue. I am so upset. I had a massive heart attack a few years ago and this has elevated my blood pressure. They are to only contact me with confirmation this error is resolved.

      i was living at J&L MHP had been for almost a year and a half when I had mold growing in my trailer told the management multiple times and I just got told it was all in my head I had cops multiple times pounding on my door due to the person next to me repeatedly calling them on me. multiple times she would say my rent was late when it wasn't even due yet JUST TO CHARGE ME MORE MONEY. I am outraged that this MHP is even still open after all the drugs, hookers, and Theft the property manager has let happen and continue to go on there.
