Over the past few years, we noticed that the ceiling in our guest bedroom had some drywall tape loosening. We had this repaired and the tape came loose again. I had my husband check the attic area where this was happening as I suspected a leak. Everything was dry. We repaired the drywall again. During the recent storms I heard dripping water at the site and water was coming through the drywall. I called Redbird several times and left voice messages. None was returned. I finally spoke with a woman who said someone would be over that afternoon. No one showed and I called and left a message. The following day a worker came, but I never heard anything from Redbird regarding his arrival. The area in question was too steep and he said he needed special equipment to get to the area that needed repairs. He said he would be back the following day. He never showed so I called and left another voice message. I called and left 3 more messages daily without a response. I had my husband call and he left a message since we were concerned about a storm coming in the next day. We received no return call from Redbird and a significant amount of water leaked through the drywall this time. Now instead of a tape job, we have drywall damage that will need replacing which Redbird has not addressed nor indicated they would replace. Their lack of response led to the damage. Their 15-year warranty covers leak repairs. However, if you call them don't expect a prompt response and any damage caused by their delay is your responsibility. Never received a call from them regarding people arriving or a return call to many voice messages.
