  Placed an order on February 20th and it is now April 8th. I was told a part was on backorder and would be sent out March 16th, no communication on status of order, and ultimately no order in my hands yet. Called yesterday, told it would be sent out and I would receive an email. Nothing in my inbox today. Stay away from this company! Will be fighting this on my credit card if I don't have an email sometime today.

  Hello, I looked up your information and found your order. It looks like we sent several emails regarding the backordered item however unfortunately I'm not seeing any replies which is likely why this order took longer than necessary. We could have split up the shipment and shipped products out quicker or gotten it from one of our sister warehouses. We also typically have backup products that are the same item just a different brand name that can help speed up orders when a specific item is being held up in production or from being imported. I see that your order did ship out on 4/7 the day before you submitted your review and delivered on the 10th. We sent tracking emails and updates stating it had shipped at that point as well. I do hope everything has arrived and is in working order. We haven't gotten any emails regarding the delivery itself so hopefully that order is complete and set! To try and help with the lengthy time it took for your order, I'd love to help discount your next order. Next time you're needing supplies please reach out and ask for *****.

  This company is so bad when it comes to customer care I placed an order on October 23 and I have yet to receive my order. It was supposed to be 5 day shipping and my order still shows processing.

  Stay away from this company.Made a order ,paid $500 for two day shipping.After 3days still didnt shipped .You can find much cheaper product and faster service anywhere else.

  Hello *******, I'm sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your purchase. Looking at your order, it seems you placed your order rather late on a Friday night several hours after we closed. Our policy on the site states that for same-day shipping, orders must be received by noon central time to have a chance to go. When we opened back up on Monday, we processed your order and got it shipped right away. We had also went ahead and upgraded you to Next Day Air, when you paid for Two Day Air to get it to you sooner, so it was delivered that next day. Had the order been placed earlier on Friday and shipped 2DA, *** would have delivered it on Tuesday anyway as it's two business days so the weekend wouldn't count. Also, it looks like you only paid $35 for shipping and your order total was just under $150. Since this information isn't lining up, I wasn't sure if this was for one of our orders you're referencing or not but i see only this one order from you ever. Please let me know if there's anything else we can do to help out and if you'd like to place another order we can see if there's any discounts available!

  I have been a customer for years at ToolsforFlooring. I thought they were a good company until my most recent purchase. It was a D-1 flooring cutter that I paid over $400 for. I took it out of the box, put it together and tried to use it. The cutter didn't cut 12mm boards. I made a mistake as I was looking at many of their cutters and didn't realized it didn't accommodate 12mm. I called and emailed them pictures since I just pulled it out of the box. I figured that since I was going to order another cutter from them, it shouldn't be a problem to return this cutter. To my surprise, they wanted to charge a restocking fee of 25% , not even garunteeing they would accept my return. This is my last purchase from Tools for Flooring. I will not give my money to someone that has poor customer service and a lack of business and common sense.Goodbye

  Hello *******, Want to apologize for the inconvenience you had with your previous purchase. I looked up your account and see two orders made, one being a D-Cut last month that I believe is the one you're referring to. Looking at the order, it seems your order was fully refund, and the cutter was not shipped back allowing you to keep it. If there is any issues or questions you have regarding your order still, please let me know however it looks like you have the cutter still and the money you spent so might be all set. If you'd like help finding a cutter that will cut thicker boards maybe reach out for that info and we can also discount it!

  Like many, I typically only leave reviews when I have had a negative experience. However, I feel this company deserved a review as I had a nice experience with them. The order was fulfilled correctly, shipped quickly, and arrived early. I had some items from Rubi after my project to return and the return process was much easier than I anticipated for a small business. The reason I use "big business" companies (AMZ, HD, etc.) is for the ease in ordering AND returns. T4F was up to the task. Thanks, B in **

  Do not order from them! Biggest runaround Ive ever experienced in my construction career. Did 2 day shipping. Waited and waited only to be told after I had to call them that it couldnt be shipped in 2 days it would be 3 to 4 weeks. Then waited and waited and had to call again and was told I never confirmed the order but my money was taken out the day I called the first time. Absolutely a train wreck of a business. No communication at all.

  Hello ****, I'm sorry to hear you were not satisfied with your experience ordering from our site. I found your order and see the issues you've mentioned. It looks like the item you purchased was a special-order part for a tool. These orders are sourced direct from the manufacturer, and when we sent the order over, they stated it wouldn't be available for 3-4 weeks. It looks like we did send you an email on the same day you ordered alerting you of this delay, however this order still had a couple misguided decisions that I've addressed with the team. One thing we try to always do, is make sure that any time an item is ordered with expedited shipping that we check stock first so there's no lead-time issues. The other odd thing with this order is that it was kept open as a bid and not placed on backorder. Normally orders like this would be placed on backorder so the item will ship ASAP. This agent had waited for your response to the email to proceed in case you couldn't wait. In doing so, they delayed it further. I'd like to again apologize for the inconvenience. It looks like your order has been cancelled and refund fully at this point. If you have any other issues you'd like to discuss, or if you'd like help sourcing any future items, please feel free to reach out to me directly and I can aid with your orders. When this manufacturer opens, i can check to see if they can expedite this item out to you so you receive it sooner as well if you'd like us to help facilitate this.   Had a very pleasant experience with my very first purchase with these folks. I received my IQ Power Tools tile saw a day sooner than delivery date. Kudos to everyone we who made this quick delivery happen.
