6/7/2021 - Signed a contract with Crystal Clear Pools for an inground pool and paid a deposit of $20,500 on Discover 10/20/2021 - They began digging.10/23/2021 - ***********************, the owner of Crystal Clear Pools, was at my house in the Bobcat digging for the pool. When he left, he said he finished with the digging, and that I owed the next amount under our contract. He would not accept a charge payment at that time, so I wrote a check in the amount of $5616.50 payable to ***********************. At that time he told me that they would have the pool installed by Thanksgiving (of 2021). We didn't see him or hear from him until the second week of March, 2022. They dug out more and put some gravel in the bottom of the hole. They delivered a mound of gravel and put it in the street next to our house. The gravel is still there blocking a driving lane on a street in our subdivision. *** will not answer his cell phone when we call, his phone mail box is full, and he will not call us back. We sent him several texts, and he NEVER replies to them. He finally sent me a text on Friday, May 6, 2022, and said he would be out to work on our pool on Wednesday, May 11, 2022. He did not show up, did not call or text, will not answer his phone, and will not text us back.So currently we have had a mud hole in our back yard (4 feet deep), for 7 months now. The Bobcat digger they used knocked down our fence where my dog gets out of our backyard, and there is a pile of gravel blocking a driving lane on a St Louis County road in our subdivision. *********************** will not answer his phone or text messages, does not return our calls or text messages, and I do not have any confidence that he will show up and finish the job that we have contracted with him for.*********************************** cell phone number: ************Business response

I will be starting this pool this week. Weve been behind with weather and trying to get proper help.
