    I purchased 7.62 ammo from them 2 months ago. They sent an email saying its delivered. It wasnt shipped. All information was entered correctly on my end. I have reached out multiple times with no response. Id like ******************** to help me get a refund I do not wish to conduct anymore business with this company.

    ****************** placed his order on 4/7/2024 and we shipped his order on 4/8/2024. The customer reached out to us 4/26/2024 advising that he had not received his order from the carrier at that time. After reviewing with the carrier, they deemed the package to be "lost". We explained that to ************** on 4/29/24 and resent his order with a new package and tracking number. We have not heard from ************** since, so we assumed that there were no further issues.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
     
    I received the package by surprise yesterday 6/1/2024. I attached proof I was never reached out to. Thank you for resolving my issue.
