    DO NOT PURCHASE GAP through WISEF&I!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! If they can scam my ACTIVE DUTY MILITARY FAMILY they will scam ANYONE! They have terrible customer service and those low reviews are real experiences from their customers. I spoke with Mr. ***** ****** (director of claims) and he threatened to hang up on me in mid phone call several times. He spent the majority of the call arguing and refusing to help my ACTIVE DUTY MILITARY FAMILY while trying to validate the denial of my claim. He would only agree to sending an email of the denial letter. While I completely disagree with the denial of my claim, I was trying to make a suitable compromise as required by another company offering to help my family in these difficult circumstances. When I gave him my spouses Navy email address he repeated it back and I explained that he is refusing to help an ACTIVE DUTY MILITARY FAMILY yet he continued to refuse to include a simple sentence stating all he/his company could provide at this time was the attached denial letter. This company is only in business to take money from people knowing they have no intention to approve/ pay any claims. This company is unethical and doesn’t care who they hurt in their shady business practices including but not limited to an active duty sailor and his family. If you wish to have a better experience than choose another company for GAP. If they can knowingly refuse to do the right thing to an active duty sailor, there’s no limit to what would they do to the typical civilian customer! BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!! This company is the us ******* of GAP companies! I’m not sure how they are legally allowed to continue to take money from people and I hope someone investigates them and saves consumers from getting stuck with unpaid claims.
